- Lead 3 Mechanics 1 Coordinator
- Dotted‑line oversight of custodial staff
- Manage outsourced refrigeration, electrical, and grounds vendors
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and daily maintenance
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and facility readiness
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service quality
- Support budgeting, compliance, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, fire codes)
- Coordinate small projects, office moves, and facility upgrades
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility‑related needs
- 3–7 years in facilities, property, or building maintenance
- Strong vendor/contractor management experience
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Supervisory experience preferred; CMMS and OSHA certifications a plus
- Smooth, disruption‑free operations
- Reliable, well‑managed vendors
- Quick resolution of facility issues
- A safe, compliant, and functional work environment
