Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)

The Grievance & Appeals Coordinator supports the processing of member and provider grievances and appeals, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with CMS, DHCS, DMHC. This role manages case documentation, communication, and cross‑department coordination while providing bilingual support to members.

This role manages case documentation, communication, and cross‑department coordination while providing bilingual support to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Case coordination, tracking, and documentation
- Ensure cases meet regulatory timelines
- Draft correspondence to members, providers, and agencies
- Support case intake, triage, and workflow routing
- Communicate with members in English and Spanish to gather information and provide updates
- Maintain logs, reports, and compliance records
- Identify trends and support process improvements
- High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor’s (preferred)
- 3 years administrative experience
- Experience in managed care or healthcare (preferred)
- Knowledge of Medi‑Cal, Medicare, and grievance/appeals processes (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (assessment required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems
- Typing 45 WPM
Salary : $22 - $24
