Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative Intake: Manage intake of members and service requests.
- Coordination: Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services.
- Referrals & Authorizations: Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles.
- Clinical Support: Assist clinical staff with setting up documents and triaging cases for Clinical Coverage Review.
- Member & Provider Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues from members and providers over the phone.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
