This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities
- The Client Support Specialist II plays a key role within the Client Onboarding team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for new clients. This role involves hands-on integration, implementation, configuration, testing, and training on Client software and hardware—often within partnered third-party software systems.
You will serve as a primary point of contact during and immediately after implementation, delivering a “White Glove” customer experience while providing both technical and customer-first support. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Software & Hardware Implementation
- Integrate and implement solutions for new client accounts.
- Perform remote installation of software and hardware.
- Set up and configure integrated devices.
- Input client processing credentials into partner platforms.
- Configure software integrations and verify full feature functionality.
- Conduct testing and confirm successful processing capability.
- Train clients on using integrated features and reporting tools.
- Document all interactions following department guidelines, ensuring accurate and detailed notes.
- Provide customized training on GPI standalone hardware and online portals.
- Train clients on virtual terminals, credit card/ACH reporting, payment requests, user setup, and other business tools.
- Deliver training on integrated business analytics.
- Support clients in configuring and using standalone EMV devices.
- Prioritize the client’s needs and provide a premium, “White Glove” onboarding experience.
- Clearly convey the value—not just the function—of GPI software and services.
- Monitor client timelines and follow up through onboarding milestones.
- Collect and coordinate feedback with internal teams to enhance overall client experience.
- Collaborate regularly with internal development teams and partner organizations.
- Respond to client inquiries through Gmail and G Suite tools.
- Conduct group trainings through Google Meetings.
- Engage internal teams via G Suite for escalations and clarification.
- Perform required data verification steps with accuracy.
- Understand foundational PCI requirements to answer basic client questions or route them correctly.
- Conduct go-live follow-ups to ensure successful processing.
- Provide additional configuration or training as needed.
- Coordinate communication with other departments for escalations and support.
