Civil Designer (1099963)

Location: Annapolis, MD

Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description

Civil Designer:

• Preferred: 5 years of experience with AutoCAD
• Preferred: 3 years of experience with Civil 3D
• Preferred: 3 years in land development or civil engineering
• Proficient in Bluebeam and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong ability to interpret civil engineering plans, including grading and contour details
• Skilled in accurate drafting and visual presentation techniques
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  
  

Responsibilities

• Convert conceptual designs from engineers, planners, and designers into precise technical drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to meet drafting requirements efficiently and accurately
• Apply National CAD Standards (NCS) or internal guidelines while using Civil 3D to develop base sheets and final plans
• Utilize advanced Civil 3D tools such as surfaces, labeling, corridors, alignments, profiles, points, and pipe networks
