Responsibilities
- Resident Relationships — Build meaningful connections with assigned residents and their families by supporting activities of daily living, understanding individual needs, and honoring personal preferences.
- Care Monitoring — Observe and report changes in resident condition; recommend adjustments to care plans.
- Life Enrichment Support — Assist residents with life skills and enrichment activities aligned with their individualized profiles.
- ISP Participation — Contribute to the development and monthly updates of Individualized Service Plans.
- Resident Oversight — Maintain awareness of resident locations and conduct regular physical check‑ins throughout the shift.
- Safety & Compliance — Partner with community teams to ensure OSHA compliance and support risk‑management policies.
- Dining Support — Assist with resident and guest dining needs while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.
- IEA Engagement — Invite, encourage, and assist residents in activities outlined in their ISP and demographic profile.
- Service Commitment — Demonstrate dedication to Sunrise’s Principles of Service in all interactions.

- Education — High school diploma or GED (may be required depending on state regulations).
