Work Mode - (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Reporting Lead to support the Business Management Office (BMO) within the CIO organization. This role will drive operational reporting, enhance data processes, and lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with leadership skills, acting as a hands-on manager responsible for both delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business reporting, analytics, and data management for Technology
• Develop and deliver executive-level reports and insights
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders on reporting needs
• Drive automation and improve reporting processes and data quality
• Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
• Manage, mentor, and guide reporting analysts
• Support budgeting, workforce, and operational reporting
• Ensure governance, accuracy, and consistency in reporting
  
  

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in financial/operational analysis (financial services preferred)
• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and AWS Athena
• Proficiency in Python for automation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach
