We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager / VP of Sales to lead branch growth, profitability, recruiting, and overall performance. This role is responsible for driving loan production, developing high-performing teams, managing branch financials, and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth.
- Own branch P&L, budgeting, and profitability.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing Loan Originators.
- Build relationships with Realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, attorneys, and community partners.
- Conduct pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies.
- Champion the use of Encompass, Total Expert, SimpleNexus, Optimal Blue, CRM platforms, and AI-driven tools.
- 5 years of mortgage sales leadership or branch management experience.
- Proven success growing loan production and branch profitability.
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing branch financial performance and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, TRID, SAFE Act, and Fair Lending requirements.
- Active NMLS license preferred (required for Producing Branch Managers).
