ATM Operations Specialist

Location: Onsite – 5 days/week (Hybrid possible after 6 months upon conversion)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

About The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative ATM Operations Specialist to support daily ATM monitoring, balancing, and settlement activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use Excel to support operational accuracy. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, adaptable to change, and able to work onsite full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM status and performance with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
• Assist with ATM balancing using Excel (reconciliation and tracking)
• Support Card Settlement activities using Excel
• Serve as backup for ATM cash ordering
• Complete additional ATM-related tasks as assigned
• Handle low-volume phone interactions (typically fewer than 10 calls per day)

• Experience working with ATM operations or ATM management (not a leadership/manager role)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Solid Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
• Positive, professional attitude
• Change readiness and adaptability in a shifting environment
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week
  
  

Work Environment

• Onsite position with potential hybrid schedule after 6 months (upon conversion)
• Low phone‑call volume (typically fewer than 10 calls/day)

Preferred Experience

• Prior ATM operations, settlement, or cash management exposure
• Background in banking, financial services, or transaction processing environments
