Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support game development teams by streamlining workflows, improving processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external partners. This role focuses on reducing administrative overhead for developers and enabling efficient project execution through planning, facilitation, and documentation management.
You will work closely with producers and cross-functional teams to maintain transparency, predictability, and operational excellence. Success in this role is measured by the effectiveness of communication, process improvements, and overall partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication channels between internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate workflows, identify risks, manage trade-offs, and remove blockers.
- Assess current processes and recommend improvements to tools, communication, and workflows.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across multiple groups.
- Support transparent operations, proactive planning, and risk management.
- Maintain and share accurate project documentation.
- Organize and update internal resources for accessibility and consistency.
- Facilitate team meetings, including pre- and post-meeting communications and action tracking.
- Design and organize meetings for cross-discipline collaboration and information sharing.
- Prioritize and manage multiple competing requests to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support to producers to achieve project goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager in gaming, software, or related fields.
- Experience working with executive teams and external partners.
- Strong ability to build productive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with collaborative and project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Miro, Notion).
- Experience facilitating meetings to achieve productive outcomes.
