This role is responsible for accurately updating demographic information in our systems including assisting participants over the phone and via email. With all assigned tasks, including researching missing participants and processing forms, the representative will follow established privacy and security protocols.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES (required)
- Excellent verbal, phone and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Type 45 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to accept direction and guidance from manager.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- High accuracy with attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent with some administrative/clerical/customer service experience preferred.
