Our client is looking for an AI Change Management consultant to evaluate organizational preparedness for AI adoption across business functions and technology teams
This is a 3 month contract that is hybrid 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Chicago
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI readiness assessments across business units and functional teams
- Conduct assessments of current processes, workflows, data maturity, governance, technology capabilities, and workforce readiness to identify opportunities, gaps, and recommended actions for successful AI implementation
- Evaluate current processes, workflows, data sources, governance practices, and technology capabilities
- Determine which departments are AI-ready versus those requiring foundational improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Change Management experience
- Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI adoption trends
- Experience conducting organizational or technology maturity assessments
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI practices
- pay flexible around 80-110/hr
