We've invested in a robust white-labeled LMS platform to centralize training, jobseeker engagement, equity tracking, and partner enablement.
Our goal is to transform this platform into a multimillion-dollar revenue engine—with scalable, high-margin offerings for the energy, utility, and workforce sectors. We're now seeking a Senior LMS Strategy & GTM Consultant to lead both internal setup and external commercialization.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a senior-level strategist and executor who can:
- Launch and operationalize our white-labeled LMS (SkyPrep) across internal and external use cases
- Build and monetize scalable career pathway programs aligned with utility-sector hiring
- Upskilling talent – developing small business
- Create a marketplace model where training partners and employers plug in seamlessly
- Architect revenue models and sales offerings tied to licensing, content resell, and workforce KPIs
- Drive integrations across our LMS, CRM, workforce data (Lightcast), payroll, and equity reporting systems
- Position the LMS to meet regulatory reporting needs, including DOE, EPA, and DOL compliance
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Implementation & Strategy
- Lead full platform deployment: user architecture, workflows, role-based permissions
- Design onboarding flows for internal hires, contractors, and utility clients
- Optimize mobile and tablet-based learning for field-based users
- Stand up assessment, credentialing, and certificate logic tied to job-readiness
- Credentialing, apprenticeships , Continuing education;
Monetization & Market Strategy
- Develop and test business models for licensing, per-seat subscriptions, cohort access, and content resale
- Build commercial use cases for utilities, ESCOs, community-based orgs, and nonprofits
- Package offerings into sellable tiers and go-to-market funnels
- Work with marketing to develop landing pages, sales decks, and email drip sequences
- Build multi-partner business models with training content providers (NATE, OSHA, DEI, LMI-specific courses)
API & Systems Integration
- Guide tech team to integrate the LMS with CRM (HubSpot), job boards, Lightcast, payroll, and DEI tracking
- Ensure full data flow from LMS to equity dashboards, funding reports, and RFP KPIs
- Maintain compliance with federal/state program requirements (WIOA, DOE, EPA, SBA, etc.)
Regulatory Reporting & Workforce Metrics
- Set up backend tagging and logic to support:
- EPA Justice40 & Solar for All reporting
- Workforce grant KPIs (training hours, job placement, demographic breakdown)
- Apprenticeship & OJT data collection
- Support internal and external dashboards to visualize outcomes for utility clients and regulators
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5–10 years experience in LMS implementation, preferably SkyPrep, LearnUpon, Docebo, or similar
- Demonstrated success in building multimillion-dollar EdTech or SaaS revenue lines
- Experience designing content & partner ecosystems that drive passive and recurring revenue
- Strong background in workforce development, especially in energy/utilities or clean tech
- Familiarity with grant compliance, including DOE, DOL, WIOA, or IRA-related programs
- Deep understanding of stakeholder communication, including utilities, CBOs, and small contractors
- Comfortable managing API integrations, third-party tools, and data systems
- Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, resource-constrained, mission-driven environment
