Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams, third-party contractors, and government partners to support infrastructure and security improvement projects.
- Utilize drawings, specifications, photographs, and other documentation to assess and enhance site and building security.
- Review and provide technical feedback on analysis, design, and construction deliverables.
- Coordinate with program managers to develop and maintain program strategies, schedules, budgets, and planning documentation.
- Document meetings, track project activities, and maintain records of program initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and execution of design and construction projects.
- Assist in developing Scopes of Work (SOWs) and preparing contract packages for future acquisitions.
- Develop, organize, and maintain project files and documentation.
- Conduct research related to project requirements, including:
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations documenting research findings.
- Support coordination with contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and government representatives on construction initiatives.
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting program or project management activities in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and develop solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal or government construction programs.
- Familiarity with security-related infrastructure projects or protective design standards.
- Experience supporting large or complex construction programs involving multiple stakeholders.
