- Experience managing NV workers' compensation files
- Nevada residence required
- Work to oversee workers' compensation claims adjusters in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with adjusters to ensure processes are processed properly medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
