Our client is looking to expand their Workers' Compensation Department and is seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to their Phoenix, AZ operations. These positions would be responsible for handling Arizona Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Arizona and Colorado Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position.

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department best practices.‎ ‎
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience handling Arizona Workers' Compensation claims.
• Need to be well-versed in Arizona Workers' Compensation Law.
• Arizona Workers' Compensation Certification /License
• Knowledge of Colorado WC claims a plus
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

• $40.00 - 43.00 per hour (based on experience)
