Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. This role involves managing a generalist book of mid to large commercial accounts, with a strong focus on renewals. Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of mid to large commercial accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, with a primary focus on renewals.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team Lead and other team members to meet client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a problem solver for client inquiries.
• Maintain a detailed and organized workflow to ensure timely and efficient account management.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing mid to large commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
