Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- 401(k):
- Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $15,000 to $200,000 in revenue for Construction or up to $100,000 in revenue for Diversified accounts.
- Handle 40-45 clients for Construction accounts or 60-80 clients for Diversified accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and delegate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and development (working towards or holding relevant designations is a plus).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with Construction accounts is essential. For the Diversified role, a generalist background is preferred, with experience in Human Services, Manufacturing, HOAs, Condos, etc., being a plus.
