Compensation Package

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client needs.
- Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proven experience in managing commercial lines accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
