Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $95,000 to $150,000 annually
- 401(k): Employer-matched 401(k) plan
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, group life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disability
- Work Environment: Fully remote position (applicants must reside in Washington or Oregon)
- Equipment: Company-provided equipment for remote work
- Manage a book of business consisting of three to five large employee benefits accounts, each with 2,000 group lives
- Conduct one to two client meetings per week, focusing on relationship-based servicing
- Act as a trusted advisor and extension of clients' HR and Finance departments
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide expert guidance on self-funded employee benefits plans
- Education/Certifications: Life and Health Insurance License required; CEBS designation preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefits account management (10 years preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint software
