Compensation Package
- Salary: $125,000 annually

- Analyze the agency's book of business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve retention rates and client lifecycle value.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, sales, and service teams.
- Identify segments of the book requiring proactive management, remarketing, or intervention.
- Support cross-sell and account expansion strategies through data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate, clean, and actionable data within Applied EPIC and reporting systems.
- Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for retention and performance.
- Partner with internal teams to align retention strategies with sales and service execution.
- Agency retention rate improvement.
- Retention performance by line, producer, and carrier.
- Reduction in lost business and improved renewal outcomes.
- Identification and execution of retention opportunities.
- Generation of cross-sell and account expansion insights.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting in dashboards.
- Data integrity within Applied EPIC and reporting systems.
- Implementation and success of retention strategies.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in insurance or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, self-starter attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
