Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts, with a focus on construction and contractor clients.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction/contractor accounts.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service.
