Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a fully on-site position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) with stock options.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market to large commercial lines accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain required licenses and certifications.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; experience with EPIC software is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
