Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
• Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 in the first year with bonuses and commissions
• Benefits:

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Minimum of 2 weeks, based on experience
  

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
• Work with carriers such as Erie, Grange, Safeco, Foremost, AAA, and Progressive.
• Gain expertise in flood insurance and other specialized products.
• Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek to ensure the success of the Lancaster office.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities to build and manage a team effectively.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Background Requirements: Must pass a background and credit check. No DUIs in the last 7 years.
