Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus bonus opportunities.

- Work Environment: Remote work available for candidates in North Carolina.
- Travel: Some travel required.
- Facilitate new business acquisition, renewals, and periodic meetings or presentations with current and prospective clients, following the company’s established sales process.
- Provide expert advice to clients and prospects on risk management strategies, including insurance products and other solutions.
- Actively seek new business opportunities through various communication channels, networking, and lead generation sources.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients to meet their evolving needs.
- Prepare and present quotes for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on cross-selling.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist agency operations, with a preference for experience in construction-related accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and client service.
- Location: Must reside in North Carolina.
