What You’ll Be Doing
- Produce new Personal Lines business with a focus on standard personal lines and ideally some exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) accounts
- Manage and grow a large, established personal lines book
- Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and team to support renewals and retention
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative sales and service
- Operate autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through
- Utilize AMS360 (preferred, not required)
- Active P&C license
- Strong background as a Personal Lines Producer (standard personal lines required; HNW a plus)
- Ideally 5 years of experience, though flexibility exists for the right professional drive and skill set
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Coachable and team-oriented
