In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice to clients, and helping them protect their assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lines book of business
- Deliver white-glove, highly personalized service and build lasting client relationships grounded in trust
- Process endorsements and policy changes, and handle day-to-day policy servicing
- Oversee the renewal process from start to finish, including reviewing terms and communicating changes to clients
- Explore remarketing options when coverage or pricing no longer fits a client's needs
- Conduct periodic coverage reviews to confirm clients have appropriate protection across their property and casualty exposures
- Apply working knowledge of underwriting guidelines when placing and servicing business with private-client carriers
- Work closely with carriers, producers, and internal team members to resolve issues and keep clients satisfied
- Communicate clearly in writing and by phone, documenting client interactions and follow-ups
- Experience servicing Personal Lines insurance, with experience handling HNW accounts and carriers.
- Active NJ Property & Casualty license required.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with AMS360
