Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to secure optimal agreements for clients while meeting company guidelines.
- Manage sales administration tasks including policy processing, documentation, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through claims processes when necessary.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance offerings via telemarketing campaigns and other outreach initiatives.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Ability to perform analysis of client needs and market conditions to recommend suitable coverage options.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve client bases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to streamline processes.
- Knowledge of AMS360 or Applied/EPIC a big plus!
- MUST be Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed!!
MUST be able to commute to office Monday-Thursday
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
