Compensation Package

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle basic customer service representative tasks, including answering phone calls and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
• Support personal lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2044 or 220 license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QQ Catalyst software is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Work Environment: This is a fully remote position; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
