Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

- Assist Account Managers in servicing a designated book of personal lines business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and audits.
- Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions.
- Work with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve billing or policy issues.
- Review coverages and assist clients with claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal insurance lines preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
