P&C Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is a blend of sales and service, focusing primarily on Personal Lines with some Commercial and Farm Lines. As an integral part of a customer-focused office, you will manage accounts from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s growth. This is an onsite position, offering a unique opportunity to work in a highly visible and collaborative environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide full A–Z account management for Personal Lines Accounts and support Account Management Staff
• Handle inbound call-in and walk-in sales inquiries
• Write new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
• Round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in a customer-facing role
• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and documentation
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
• 2 years in account servicing and management preferred, with exposure to sales
• Experience with agency management software or CRM systems
• Broad familiarity with carrier markets is a plus
