As a Personal Lines Associate Client Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
- Processing renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
- Attaching, organizing, and naming documents in EPIC
- Initiating endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
- Utilizing templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
- Creating activities in EPIC and assigning them to applicable team members
- Pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
- Generating and sending renewal proofs upon request
- Checking policies and endorsements against requests and completing checklists
- Document maintenance and retrieval
- Supporting other team members as needed
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: State Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); familiarity with EPIC software is a plus

- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients
- Eagerness to learn and improve knowledge of industry standards, coverage fundamentals, and technology
Salary : $45,000
