Key Responsibilities
- Process and issue Certificates of Insurance in a timely manner
- Handle endorsement and policy change requests
- Submit loss run requests and manage follow-up communications
- Assist in preparing insurance recommendations and summaries
- Maintain and update client records within Applied EPIC
- Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, especially in Excel
- Support Account Managers on standard personal lines accounts
- Prior experience in a Personal Lines insurance agency
- Exposure to large accounts, particularly personal risks, is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and a team-player attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
- Active P&C license is a plus
- Generous compensation—up to $60,000 - $70,000 base for an assistant-level role plus 50% on new business
