As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing middle-market personal lines accounts, including excess markets and higher-level accounts.
- Providing end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilizing AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and designations are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Work Ethic: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and supporting team operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
