Personal Lines Agent (Inbound and Outbound)

Seeking a motivated and licensed Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound sales, servicing accounts, and managing a book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to prospecting, networking, and generating their own leads, while also handling incoming leads. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (DOE)
• Commissions: Earn commissions on new business generated through your own marketing, referrals, and networking efforts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and generate leads to build and grow your book of business.
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Service and manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Quote new and renewal business using AgencyZoom software.
• Maintain a professional and client-focused approach to all interactions.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and generate leads independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AgencyZoom software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
