Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a shared book of business with a premium size of $400,000 in revenue, focusing on personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: Quarterly retention bonus, with a maximum of up to 10% of annual salary
- Manage a shared book of business with approximately 500 accounts, ranging from $100 to $10,000 in revenue per account
- Handle a mix of 20% new business and 80% renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, with a focus on Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance
- Utilize AMS 360 agency management system to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet retention and growth goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance (candidates with 1 year of experience may be considered for a lower salary range)
- Familiarity with key carriers such as Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using AMS 360 or similar agency management systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of accounts
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote (flexibility for hybrid arrangements may be discussed)
- Successful completion of a background check
