Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Benefits:
- Medical insurance fully covered by the company
- Employee-paid dental and vision insurance
- 401(k): Not offered for this position
- Manage all aspects of personal lines accounts, including quoting, servicing, and marketing.
- Handle a book of business totaling approximately $1.2 million in premium.
- Work with carriers such as Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, Ohio Mutual, and Franklin Booth.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines account management.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Reliability and dependability.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
