Our Client is seeking to add a Remote New England Workers Compensation Claims Examiner. This role will consist of handling Workers' Compensation Claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must have experience handling Workers' Compensation Claims in one or more of the following states: MA, CT, RI, NH, ME or VT. In addition, candidate must have the ability to work remotely. This is a Direct Hire position.

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎
  
  

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 (based on experience) annual bonus opportunities
• Flex schedule and ability to work remotely
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation claims.
• Need to be well-versed in either MA, CT, RI, NH, ME or VT Workers Compensation Law.
• Need to have experience handling litigated files.
• VT and NH licenses are required.
• Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
