- Analyze current coverage and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate underwriting materials and identify risk control needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with carriers.
- Finalize proposals and manage the binding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams for account handoff.
- Track account status and support cross-selling efforts.
- Maintain strong carrier and internal relationships.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Strong understanding of multi-line coverage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized and tech-savvy.
- Property & Casualty License required.
