Compensation Package
- New Haven Location: Base salary up to $50,000 commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).
- Wellington Location: Base salary up to $55,000 (absolute cap; $40,000–$50,000 preferred) commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).

General Responsibilities:
- Quote and manage new/renewal business.
- Work with personal lines, commercial lines, and farm accounts.
- Utilize the EPIC agency management system to streamline workflows.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active P&C license required.
- Experience:
- New Haven: Open to candidates with less than 5 years of experience; early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Wellington: Prefer candidates with more tenure due to the dynamic of the team.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems (e.g., Hawksoft) is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Adaptability and comfort in wearing multiple hats.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow volume.
