Role: Engineering Lines Executive Underwriter
What You’ll Do
Base salary: $150,000–$250,000, plus annual performance bonus.

Role: Engineering Lines Executive Underwriter
What You’ll Do
- Underwrite engineering lines and builders risk (CAR/EAR, electronic equipment, CPE/CPM, machinery breakdown, ALOP/DSU).
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to maintain profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Support new business development and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, pricing tools, and governance.
- Collaborate with regional and international underwriting teams.
- Mentor junior underwriters and support product development.
- 8 years of experience in Engineering Lines & Builders Risk underwriting.
- Expertise in CAR/EAR, CPE/CPM, DSU, and machinery breakdown.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; existing regional broker network is a plus.
- Experience handling industrial risks and multinational programs.
