Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive, up to $90,000, with flexibility based on experience and preferences.
- Commission: 50% on new business, 25% on renewals.
- Bonuses: Up to 12% of salary.

- $690 monthly contribution towards health insurance (covers base plans for medical, dental, and vision).
- 3 weeks of PTO to start, with an additional day for each year of service.

- Successfully acquire new customers and expand the agency's portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with a professional sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Occasionally assist with servicing duties, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Generate leads independently, with some referral-based business provided.
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (sales experience preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus.
