Compensation Package

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to secure new business.
• Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and direct mail campaigns.

• Act as a consultant to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Participate in company meetings and client sessions, contributing to team success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
