- Proven experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the role
- Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
- Innovative, forward-thinking, and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, non-micromanaged environment
- Relevant licenses and designations (preferred)
- Previous experience with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 lives is a plus
