Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Draw-based salary up to $150,000, with a 2-3 year validation period.
- Commission Structure: 40% on new business and 25% on renewals.
- Additional Benefits:
- Equity in the company.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
- Work Environment: Hybrid or remote options available, with offices in San Ramon and Petaluma. Candidates in the Bay Area are preferred, but remote candidates from Southern California will also be considered.
- Develop and maintain a book of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Provide tailored employee benefits solutions to small and larger market accounts (2-1,000 employees).
- Collaborate with a dedicated service staff to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
- Conduct open enrollment meetings and provide ongoing client education.
- Utilize software tools such as Ease and Navigator for quoting and account management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life and Health license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in employee benefits and sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Ease and Navigator software is preferred.
