Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Bonus/Incentives: Potential discretionary bonus opportunities.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
- 401(k) Plan
- Assist Employee Benefits Account Managers and Producers with client service needs.
- Process enrollments, renewals, policy changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle communication with carriers and clients.
- Provide support for open enrollment and benefits administration tasks.
- Prepare proposals, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on activities.
- Support renewal processes and service activities for small to mid-sized group Employee Benefits accounts.
- Licensure: Active Life & Health License is required.
- Experience:
- Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are welcome.
- Up to 3–5 years of relevant Employee Benefits experience is preferred.
- Experience in Employee Benefits support or customer service is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with agency management systems and Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Commitment to long-term growth within the Employee Benefits field and a professional demeanor.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
