Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 annually (up to $110,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule
- Equipment Provided: Company laptop
- Additional Perks: Quarterly team meetings, fostering a culture of connection and growth
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 clients, generating an estimated $1.4 million in annual revenue
- Collaborate with the Senior Client Manager to support client accounts, including Key and National clients
- Handle end-to-end client management, including presenting to clients and leadership, overseeing open enrollment, and marketing to carriers
- Work closely with an Associate Client Manager to manage administrative and documentation processes
- Participate in client meetings, internal team collaborations, and training sessions
- Utilize Epic and Excel software for account management and reporting
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions
- Education & Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic and Excel is required
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; proactive and self-motivated; client-focused mindset; adaptability and flexibility
