Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work model preferred, with the option for fully onsite work.
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, focusing on large group accounts and captives.
- Oversee the renewal process, marketing efforts, and open enrollment activities.
- Quote and market new and renewal business to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits account management, with a focus on large group accounts and captives.
- Licenses: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and strong analytical skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and present effectively to C-level management.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work model preferred, with flexibility for fully onsite work.
