Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will manage a book of business, handle all aspects of client accounts, and deliver consultative solutions to meet client needs. This is an in-office position, with occasional travel required for enrollment meetings.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)

- Manage a book of business consisting of 25 groups, ranging in size from 2 to 200 lives.
- Handle all aspects of client accounts, including quoting new and renewal business, preparing and presenting renewals, and conducting enrollment meetings (both in-person and virtual).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain and update client information in AMS 360 software.
- Travel as needed for enrollment meetings.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
- Carrier Knowledge: Must have experience working with Kaiser and Anthem.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to groups.
- Soft Skills: Personable, organized, team-oriented, and consultative.
- Location: This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site and collaborate closely with the producer.
