Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
- Manage a book of business, including accounts ranging from 2-99 employees and 100 employees.
- Handle all aspects of employee benefits accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work with various types of accounts, including telemedicine, personal health, individual and family plans, Covered CA, Medicare, dental, and vision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
- Utilize NowCertz software (transitioning to EPIC) to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management, with at least 3 years of tenure at the current or previous employer.
- Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
- Proficiency in using insurance management software (experience with NowCertz or EPIC is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and fun office culture.
